Booking from abroad, step by step

Every step before your visit happens by message, in English. Nothing is booked until you confirm a time.

Start with a message
  1. 1

    Send a message

Tell the coordinator which treatment you are considering and when you will be in Seoul. A question about price or downtime is enough to start.

  2. 2

Get times and a price range

You receive open times, a price range and how many days to allow, before you book a flight.

  3. 3

    Consultation at the clinic

The doctor examines you in person and explains the options and the risks. You see the final amount in writing before any treatment starts.

  4. 4

    Aftercare at home

You leave with aftercare instructions in English, and the coordinator stays reachable by message after you fly home.

Before you fly

Getting here from the airport

From Incheon International Airport, the AREX express train reaches Seoul Station in about 45 minutes, and airport limousine buses run to most Seoul districts. Allow 70 to 100 minutes door to door, and more during weekday rush hours. Gimpo Airport is roughly 40 minutes away by subway.

Language support

Tell us your language when you book so an interpreter or a language-matched coordinator can be scheduled for your visit. Consent forms and aftercare instructions are prepared in your language, and the coordinator stays reachable by messenger after you fly home.

Payment

Korean clinics generally accept major international credit cards and cash in Korean won. Some procedures require a deposit to hold an operating slot. Ask for the full amount in writing before the day of treatment so there is no currency surprise at the counter.

Tax on cosmetic procedures

Value-added tax of 10 percent applies to cosmetic procedures in Korea and is included in the amount the clinic confirms to you. The tourist VAT refund that used to cover cosmetic medical services ended in 2025, so do not plan around a refund at the airport. Procedures performed for a medical reason are treated differently, and the clinic tells you which applies to your plan.

Planning your stay

Book your return flight with buffer days: injectables usually need one or two, laser work three to seven, and surgery seven to fourteen including a suture removal visit. Keep the day after treatment free, avoid alcohol and saunas while healing, and schedule the follow-up before you book the flight.

Questions before you travel

Can I be seen in English?

Yes. Tell us your language when you request a consultation and we schedule a coordinator or interpreter for that visit, including for the consent conversation before any procedure.

How do I book a consultation from overseas?

Send your preferred dates, the procedure you are considering and any photographs your doctor asks for through the contact form or messenger. The coordinator replies with available times and what to bring. Nothing is confirmed until you agree to a slot.

How much will my treatment cost?

Pricing is consultation-based. Cost depends on the technique, the amount of product or the operating time your case needs, so the clinic gives a written figure after the doctor has examined you. Published ranges elsewhere are market averages, not a quotation.

Can I fly the same week as a laser or injectable treatment?

Usually yes for injectables after a day, and after three to seven days for laser work, because cabin pressure and dry air can make swelling and crusting less comfortable. The doctor sets your interval based on the device and settings used.

How many days should I stay in Seoul?

Plan one to two days for injectable treatments, three to seven for laser work, and seven to fourteen for surgery so the suture removal or first follow-up happens before you fly. Your case may need longer, and the doctor says so at consultation.

What happens after I fly home?

You leave with written aftercare instructions in your language and a messenger contact for the coordinator. Send photographs if anything concerns you; if a physical review is needed, the clinic will say so rather than manage it by message.
